Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached.
  • Items must be returned in the original packaging.
  • Final sale items, underwear, or customized products cannot be returned.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide instructions and the return shipping address.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or sent in error.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

🔁 Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, we’re happy to assist with an exchange, subject to stock availability.

To request an exchange, email us at [email protected] with your order number and exchange details. Once your original item is received and inspected, we will process your exchange as soon as possible.

💵 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
